We are pleased to invite you to attend the Second Workshop of the International Learning Lab on Public Procurement and Human Rights holding at Geneva, Switzerland. The Workshop will bring together academics, civil society organizations, public procurement officers, government policy makers, national human rights institutions, and other stakeholders for an interactive discussion on integrating human rights into public procurement. For more details, please see the agenda available for download below.
Download the draft agenda here
The afternoon session will consist of 50 minute small group or "roundtable" discussions on specific topics related to human rights and public procurement, guided by individuals with relevant expertise. To give participants a chance to explore more than one topic, the roundtables will repeat once with a 10 minute break in between.
When registering for the event, please indicate which discussion you would like to be a part of for both the first and second roundtable sessions. More information on each session is provided in the agenda. There is also a space provided to suggest additional topics for a roundtable session. Please note, we cannot ensure that suggested topics will be included in the Workshop program.
